Dave Worrell, a native of Southampton County, Va., received his BS degree with Honors from the McIntire School of Commerce at UVA in 1973. He graduated from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 1977.   He then joined the well-respected firm of Bell, Ellyson and Wilkins.

In 1980, he joined the firm of McGuireWoods, LLC, and specialized in products liability defense work, trying cases for all of the major manufacturers f American automobiles, farm equipment, and lawnmowers. Mr. Worrell also served  as a general trial lawyer, representing clients with litigation needs in the fields of commercial law, construction and contract law, personal injury defense, plaintiff's personal injury, employment law, environmental litigation and administrative law.
